SGS Young Talent Program is a structured three-year development journey designed to build a sustainable pipeline of future frontline leaders. Through the Learn - Perform - Lead framework, participants will strengthen their technical expertise, develop business acumen, and gradually build leadership capabilities to become future Supervisors and Team Leaders within SGS.
The program is structured into three development phases:
Learn Phase: Develop a solid understanding of SGS's business, operations, culture, and technical foundations.
Perform Phase: Take on increasing responsibilities, contribute to business projects, and demonstrate business impact.
Lead Phase: Strengthen leadership capabilities, take ownership of team outcomes, and prepare for future supervisory or managerial roles.
As a Young Talent Trainee, your responsibilities may include:
Complete assigned learning and development activities while building knowledge of SGS operations, services, systems, and processes.
Support assigned functions in daily operational activities and contribute to project implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
Participate in cross-functional exposure and job rotations as determined by the program.
Collaborate with different teams to develop an understanding of business operations and customer requirements.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in individual and group projects, including research, data collection, analysis, and presentation of project outcomes.
Support innovation and digitalization initiatives across assigned projects and functions.
Meet established performance objectives and development milestones while complying with SGS policies, Quality, Health & Safety, and Compliance requirements.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork throughout the program

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or other related disciplines.
GPA of 8.2/10 or 3.2/4.0 and above is preferred.
English proficiency requirements
Sales positions: IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 850 and above.
Technical positions: IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 780 and above.
Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with less than 1-2 years of working experience.
Additional Chinese or Korean language skills are advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership potential through social or university activities.
Experience participating in innovation projects with positive outcomes is an advantage.
