Develop and maintain desktop applications using C# and WinForms.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QC teams to analyze and understand business requirements.
Participate in the design and implementation of software architecture and application logic.
Optimize and refactor existing code for better performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and after deployment.
Write technical documentation as needed.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience with C# and .NET Framework, especially in WinForms development.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.
Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Knowledge of multithreading, event-driven programming, and user interface design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
English reading/writing skills (basic communication is a plus).
Nice to have:
Experience with WPF, .NET Core, or migrating from WinForms to modern platforms.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Knowledge of DevExpress or other UI libraries is a plus.
