1/ Online:
- Support content writing and posting
- Assist with basic design following pre-set formats if needed
- Capture basic photos and videos in-store
- Propose ideas and content
2/ Offline:
- Compile information on the number of bookings for topboards, banners, and POP materials
- Follow up with suppliers on printing and delivery
3/ Research/ Survey:
- Assist in monitoring survey progress
- Help compile survey data
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

At least 32 hours/ week.
Basic understanding of retail marketing.
Familiarity with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and content creation.
Understanding of in-store marketing materials (banners, POP, topboards, etc.).
Any prior internship or freelance work in marketing is a plus.
Experience in content creation (writing, graphic design, video editing).
Hands-on experience with social media management.
Experience in working with printing vendors or event coordination is an advantage.
Exposure to retail store operations (preferred).
Content Creation: Ability to write engaging posts and assist in visual content.
Social Media Management: Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram posting and engagement.
Basic Design & Video Editing: Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for in-store content.
Communication & Coordination: Ability to work with suppliers, stores, and teams.
Data Management: Ability to track bookings, survey results, and store marketing materials.
Time Management & Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
