To support the IT team in IT asset inventory and management, standardize technical guidance documents, and gain practical experience in technical support and IT system operations at Mai House Saigon Hotel (Hỗ trợ team IT trong việc kiểm kê, quản lý tài sản công nghệ thông tin, chuẩn hóa tài liệu hướng dẫn và tiếp nhận các kỹ năng thực tế về hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, vận hành hệ thống IT tại Khách sạn Mai House Saigon).
IT Asset Management & Inventory (Quản lý & Kiểm kê Tài sản Công nghệ Thông tin)
Work with the IT team to inspect, inventory, and classify IT components and equipment stored in warehouses (Cùng team IT kiểm tra, kiểm kê số lượng và phân loại linh kiện/thiết bị công nghệ thông tin trong các kho).

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Yêu cầu)
Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related fields (Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Mạng máy tính, Điện tử viễn thông hoặc các ngành liên quan).
Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, Windows operating systems, and local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) (Có hiểu biết cơ bản về máy tính, phần cứng, hệ điều hành Windows và mạng nội bộ (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Ability to read and understand basic IT-related English terminology on computers (Biết đọc/hiểu từ vựng IT tiếng Anh cơ bản trên máy tính).
Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Excel for preparing reports and technical documentation (Sử dụng thành thạo Word/Excel cơ bản để làm báo cáo và biên soạn tài liệu).
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and honest (Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có trách nhiệm và trung thực).
Willing to learn, proactive, and open to feedback (Ham học hỏi, chủ động và có tinh thần cầu thị).
