Job Summary:
The sales representative is responsible for selling Finished Lubricant (Include Automotive & Industrial Lubricant) and offering the technical solutions to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business development of industrial accounts (B2B) in Vietnam. Focus to state-owned customers in sectors: General Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Steel, Forest (Paper & Pulp,...), Construction and Process (Cement, Refinery Plant)
2. Maintains and develops relationship with customers and provides them with commercial and technical service as well as promotes goodwill of the organization.
3. Makes the sales plan to cover the areas assigned in the most effective and economic manner. Frequent visits the existing and potential customers. Sells products to customers to achieve the agreed budget and targets.
4. Takes customers' orders and prepares order forms with full details to Customers Service officers. Furthermore, follow-up direct shipment status and delivery of goods to customers on time in full.
5. Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records of all customers and prospective customers (through company salesforce tools)
6. Plans the itinerary and customers' visits and reports in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly basis.
7. Gathers all information as a survey on the responsible products, discusses market requirement to supervisor/manager. Monitors and submits a regular report on competitors' activities.
8. Assists Industry Manager in recommending objectives, tactics & strategies for various products and customer sectors; outlook and trend of industrial manufacturing.
9. Responds to all customers' problems on payment, products, delivery, documents, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education : Bachelor's Degree in economics majors, chemical/ oil & gas/ mechanics or related fields
Experience : At least 5 years B2B sales as Industrial Sales/ Field Engineer for factories, previous Lubricant Sales experience is preferred.
Others : as follows
Industrial market knowledge, especially in Industry Lube
Understanding of B2B customers' buying behavior
Basic in English (verbal and written)
Sales team management/ Leadership skill
Planning & Organizing
Ability to operate PC
