Job Description:
Support strategic planning through research on brands, markets, consumers, competitors and communication trends.
Assist in developing communication proposals, campaign ideas, strategic recommendations and presentation materials.
Collect, organize and analyze data to identify insights, trends and opportunities for communication planning.
Support internal creative traffic management through the company's system, including tracking briefs, timelines, deliverables and project status.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
Maintain planning documents, research materials, data and project information.
Stay updated on consumer behavior, culture, media and communication trends.
Perform other planning-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing/Advertising/Media & Communication or any related majors
Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in Marketing/Communication work
Excellent communication & presentation skills (in both Vietnamese and English)
Experience in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data is a plus
Logical thinking, problem solving and highly organized
Willing to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment
Have personal laptop to work
