Customer care and interaction
Be responsible for interacting with clients to review incoming requests and determine realistic production deadlines
File sharing handling and ensuring that productions / photos / images are done successfully in time. • Tracks and reports all issues to management.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
Good written and verbal English skills.
Be able to work in shifts (morning shift: 6.30 - 14.30, afternoon shift: 14.30 - 22.00, and night shift: 22.00 - 6.30).
Experience in using file sharing sites, customer care.
Highly pay attention to detail and organization.
Flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving skill.
Administration and organization mind-set.
Have the ability to work in a team and organize a group effort.
Have highly developed scenes responsible for the work.
