- Strong skills in sales analysis, reporting, sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Good communication and dealer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working English is an advantage.

- Ability to execute sales plans and drive dealers to achieve targets.
- Good understanding of wholesale, retail sales, inventory, market share and dealer performance.
- Ability to support and train dealer sales teams according to company/3S standards.
- Proactive, flexible, willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory, able to work under sales pressure and meet deadlines.
