We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Intern to join our HR Department. This position will support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, helping to create a positive workplace environment and fostering a strong company culture. You will work closely with the HR General Department to carry out strategies and campaigns that engage employees.
I. What You'll Do
Assist in designing and executing programs and events aimed at improving employee engagement and motivation.
Coordinate with various departments to organize internal activities and events (team-building, celebrations, special events).
Manage and maintain internal communication channels (Email Outlook, Company Portal, Microsoft Teams, Fanpage Facebook) to announce programs and events to employees.
Support the development and maintenance of content for employee engagement activities, including articles, images, videos, and social media posts.
Collect and analyze feedback from employees after each event to improve and optimize engagement strategies.
Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions for new employee engagement initiatives based on company goals.
Other tasks will be assigned when required.

II. What You'll Bring
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
A genuine interest in company culture and employee engagement.
Commitment to work 5 business days per week.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
