Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure accuracy of SI test report output, manage daily high-volume mass production testing and new product sample validation (PE/RD) testing, ensuring consistency and availability of product duplication in testing methods.
2. Review and export SI test reports internally and externally, cooperate with third-party laboratories to complete testing, and promptly answer customer questions about test methods and reports.
3. Responsible for managing and maintaining testing tools and equipment in the laboratory, optimizing testing processes and reports of the SI test laboratory, training and improving testing capacity of testing staff, and promoting improvements to enhance test performance.
4. Develop test report templates, instruct test staff to correctly use testing standards and methods, and ensure authenticity and reliability of test data.
5. Monitor industry standards and promptly update SI testing standards.
6. Coordinate with PE/QE/ME to analyze product failure issues.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Graduated in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Tốt nghiệp các ngành Quản lý Công nghiệp, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp hoặc Kỹ thuật Điện.
2. Experience in SI testing with related devices such as servers, switches, high-speed desktop interconnect power cables.
Có kinh nghiệm kiểm tra SI với các thiết bị liên quan như server, switch, cáp nguồn kết nối máy tính tốc độ cao.
3. Solid knowledge in signal integrity; proficient in operating test equipment such as network analyzers, TDR, X-Ray, T-Rise, Thermal Shock, etc.
Nắm vững kiến thức về Signal Integrity; thành thạo vận hành các thiết bị kiểm tra như Network Analyzer, TDR, X-Ray, T-Rise, Thermal Shock, v.v.
4. Good communication skills, strong cross-department coordination, and excellent problem-solving ability.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
5. High sense of responsibility and good situational handling.
Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và khả năng xử lý tình huống tốt.
6. Good command of English.
