As a Influencer Booking Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all influencer-related initiatives at Brancher.X. This includes managing the end-to-end booking process, building a strong vendor ecosystem, mentoring junior staff (if any), and ensuring that influencer strategies are effectively integrated into client campaigns. You will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic KOL/KOC Sourcing & Management
Identify and evaluate KOLs, KOCs, and influencers that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Negotiate rates and terms with KOLs and vendors to ensure high ROI.
Vendor Coordination & Campaign Execution
Lead coordination of Group Booking and Seeding campaigns, working closely with group admins and seeding providers to ensure timely and effective content distribution.
Documentation & Financial Processes
Oversee quotation preparation, contract signing, and payment tracking with a focus on compliance and accuracy. Liaise with internal departments (trading, finance, accounting) to ensure timely processing.
Database & Market Insights
Maintain and update a comprehensive influencer and vendor database. Stay ahead of trends in the influencer landscape and social platform algorithm changes to refine booking strategies.
Team & Internal Collaboration
Work collaboratively with internal teams (Account, Social, Creative, PR,...) to integrate influencer strategies into broader marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment across planning, execution, and reporting.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and train team members (if assigned) to ensure high performance in influencer sourcing, negotiation, and campaign execution.
Oversee team workload, workflow efficiency, and quality control in all KOL/KOC-related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in KOL or influencer booking within an advertising agency or similar environment.
Strong skills in negotiation and contract management, with a demonstrated track record of successful deal-making.
Experience in handling paperwork and financial processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional management skills, including overseeing multiple projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in English.
