Golden Owl Corporation is looking for an IT Intern with a solid programming foundation, logical thinking and a willingness to learn by building practical software products.
Our internship focuses on end-to-end project development: understanding requirements, planning, implementation, testing, deployment and product demonstration. With guidance from coaches and mentors, you will strengthen core engineering skills and working habits, while learning technologies suited to the project.
What You Can Expect
• Build practical projects from requirements to a working product, with direct guidance and feedback from coaches and mentors.
• Strengthen core skills in programming, databases, APIs, Git, debugging, testing and deployment through hands-on project work.
• Improve your English through internal English training and daily exposure to technical documents, tools and team communication.
• Develop practical working habits: task planning, progress reporting, collaboration, quality awareness and ownership of results.
• Opportunity to be promoted to a full-time position after the internship, depending on performance and business needs.
Your Responsibilities
1. Understand requirements & plan your work
• Understand the project objectives, user needs and expected outcomes; clarify unclear requirements with your coach or mentor.
• Break requirements into tasks, estimate effort and plan delivery milestones with mentor guidance.
2. Build & deliver an end-to-end project
• Implement application features, connect interfaces, APIs and databases as required, and write clear, maintainable code.
• Use AI tools to generate and refine code, develop features and debug issues; review, test and understand AI-generated code before using it.
• Test user flows, investigate and fix bugs, and deploy a working product under mentor guidance; demonstrate the results and explain your technical decisions.
3. Communicate progress & collaborate
• Keep tasks and progress updated in the team's tools; raise blockers early and communicate the support you need.
• Work with coaches, mentors and relevant team members; use review feedback to improve the product and meet agreed milestones.
4. Strengthen core skills & problem-solving
• Research suitable technologies and apply programming, database and software development fundamentals to solve project problems.
• Understand and explain the code you deliver, identify the causes of issues and apply feedback to improve both your solution and working approach.

• Final-year or fresh graduate students in Computer Science, IT or related major;
• Basic coding ability in at least one programming language and willingness to learn the technologies required for the project;
• Ability to use AI tools to support coding, debugging and learning, while understanding, verifying and explaining AI-generated code;
• Familiarity with Git, SQL, web fundamentals or APIs is a plus; academic or personal projects you can demonstrate and explain are an advantage;
• Good command of English is a plus;
• Personal laptop is required;
• 15 months working after internship commitment.
