Design & standardize documents
Design PowerPoint presentations, handbooks, infographics, checklists, and guides based on existing content.
Standardize document layout, appearance, and branding.
Reformat content to be concise, visual, and easy to understand.
Forms & tracking files
Design, edit forms, checklists, and Excel, Google Sheets files.
Support updating data, lists, progress, and records related to each program.
Organize and store documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Communication materials
Design posters, banners, invitations, certificates, infographics, and other internal communication materials.
Adjust content, images to suit each program and communication channel.
Program & event support
Support training, workshops, colleague engagement sessions, culture activities, and internal events.
Prepare checklists, materials, attendee lists, logistics, check-in, and collect feedback.
Support result consolidation and completion of post-program records.
Human Development project support
Prepare documents and working files for each task/project.
Search and consolidate information as requested.
Track tasks and support progress follow-up.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Third- or fourth-year students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
Good command of PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets. Canva is an advantage.
Able to present documents neatly, logically, and with good visual sense.
Careful, proactive, responsible, and quick to learn.
Able to organize work and collaborate effectively.
