Position OverviewAs an HR Operations Intern, your main responsibilities will focus on two areas: SOP Execution and Employee Engagement.
Beyond these core areas, you'll have the chance to explore other HR fields, such as Learning & Development, Intern Management, Employer Branding or Recruitment.
Please note: This is an unpaid internship.
What does a successful HR Operations Intern look like?SOP Execution
Manage SOP requests end to end, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to final document approval.
Analyse business processes and document them in clear, standardised SOPs that follow company standards and guidelines.
Monitor the SOP request channel and respond to new requests in a timely manner.
Review and update SOPs based on feedback from supervisors and requestors.
Organise and maintain the SOP database for easy accessibility.
Employee Engagement
Support onboarding sessions for newcomers.
Support organising regular company events and engagement activities, such as icebreakers and Employee of the Month celebrations.
Gather company news and activity updates for internal communications.
Support building and managing the internal HR SharePoint site, ensuring content is up to date and easy to access.

Learning and Development (L&D): Support L&D activities, such as using the LMS (Learning Management System), tracking learning progress, and organising Exchange sessions.
Intern Management: Support coordinating the internship programme, implementing internship policies, and tracking internship cycles.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding activities and support career fairs.
Recruitment: Support intern recruitment cycles such as CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.

Basic data and reporting skills (e.g., Excel, summarising feedback)
