About the job:
Working location: 2nd floor, Anna building, QTSC, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, HCMC.
Working day: Mon-Fri
Contract duration: 3-6 months
We are seeking a motivated Employer Branding Intern to support internal communication, employer branding, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives. The role also involves providing general HR support and collaborating with the Culture & Engagement and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance employee and candidate experience.
What You'll Own & Drive
Internal Communication and Employer Branding (30%):
Assist with creating contents/ materials for various HR initiatives, including internal channel posts, social media posts, employee newsletters, HR training materials, job posts etc.
Employee engagement (30%):
Assist with executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, sports competitions, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
Learning & Development (30%)
Support the implementation of training programs (both online and offline).
Assist in preparing training materials, including slides, videos, and trainee lists.
Coordinate training sessions: send out invitations and notifications, arrange schedules, conduct surveys, and track attendance.
Support monitoring and consolidating training results (feedback, tests, reports).
Update and maintain training records and trainee databases.
HR Support (10%):
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
Fresh graduate or final year university students in major: Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related majors are preferred;
Commit to 3-6 months internship;
Ability to create content;
English require TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
Familiar with Microsoft Offices and Google Workspace;
Can-do attitude, eyes for detail and improvement mindset.
Nice-to-have (great advantage):
Experience in recruitment sourcing and employer branding;
Familiar with design web applications, such as Canva;
Content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
