JOB DESCRIPTION
Support to sort out collected payment requests (hard copies or e-Documents inKPMG system)
Support to check documentations and make sure everything is correct and complied with the tax regulation and KPMG's policies
Support to check advance & per-diem form
Support to prepare and print the payment to staff, local and oversea vendors
Support to update payment to bank books & petty cash books
Support to prepare the VAT input declaration-items
Support to input eInvoice to system
Other ad-hoc duties.
REQUIREMENTS
New graduate or final year student can work full-time
Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Enthusiastic, demonstrate "can do" and "team working" attitude with an ability to learn quickly
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
