I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Internal Events & Employee Engagement
- Work with team on planning and organization of internal events and employee engagement activities, including team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and other internal initiatives.
- Assist in developing event ideas, preparing event materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Collect employee feedback and support post-event evaluations to improve future activities.
B. Corporate Culture & Internal Communications
- Support communication initiatives to promote O-Tech's core values & corporate culture.
- Create engaging internal communication content for company communication channels, including internal announcements, posters, and social media groups.
- Take photos, record videos, and create recap content for internal events and activities.
- Support other HR-related communication and employee engagement projects as assigned.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Final year or Fresh-graduated from a university or college, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Interested in internal communications, event planning, corporate culture, and employee engagement.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about organizing activities for employees.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Design tool is a plus
- Basic photography, video editing, or content writing skills are preferred.
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
