Video Producer
Vietcetera is looking for a Video Producer to join our growing team.
As a video/audio producer, you will be overseeing the production of a project from pre-production to publication, working across departments to ensure your product is delivered within set budget & timeline while maintaining our quality standard.
Your work will greatly contribute to Vietcetera's online presence and viewers' experience!
Key Responsibilities
Work with project stakeholders to define project's requirements to build a suiitable budget & timeline.
Produce final product within set budget & timeline
Work with team to support the creative direction of the project
Managing internal team's workload
Engaging & managing external vendors as required
Qualifications
Experience working on film sets or as part of a production team
Experience in production management
Understanding of video & audio production processes, preferably with hands-on experience
Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese

International Editor

We are looking for an International Editor who is passionate about storytelling, deeply curious about Vietnam's evolving culture, business, and creative landscape, and excited about shaping how Vietnam is understood globally through high-quality editorial content.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong editorial judgment with digital-native thinking, bilingual communication skills, and an openness to AI-assisted editorial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Writing & Editing
Content Creation
Write and produce compelling original editorial content primarily in English, ensuring relevance, clarity, and strong storytelling quality.
Contribute bilingual content development when needed across English and Vietnamese platforms.
Editing & Quality Control
Edit and refine contributor-submitted articles while maintaining Vietcetera's tone, editorial standards, and storytelling quality.
Ensure clarity, accuracy, structure, and audience relevance across all published content.
Bilingual Storytelling & Translation
Translate and adapt content between English and Vietnamese while preserving nuance, tone, and cultural context.
Support bilingual editorial collaboration across teams and platforms.
2. International Editorial Perspective
Adapt stories and editorial framing for international audiences who may be unfamiliar with Vietnam.
Ensure articles provide sufficient cultural, economic, and social context while maintaining engaging storytelling.
Identify stories, angles, and trends that can resonate beyond local audiences.
3. Contributor Coordination
Contributor Network
Build and maintain relationships with freelance writers, guest contributors, and industry experts.
Editorial Coordination
Reach out to contributors to commission articles and provide editorial guidance aligned with Vietcetera's content direction.
Process Management
Brief contributors on topics, structure, and editorial expectations.
Follow up to ensure timely submissions and content quality.
Support and guide interns or junior contributors through editorial feedback and workflows when needed.
4. AI-assisted Editorial Workflow
Actively integrate AI tools into editorial workflows, including research support, translation refinement, headline ideation, SEO optimization, content repurposing, and workflow automation.
Experiment with emerging AI tools and contribute to improving Vietcetera's AI-assisted editorial processes.
Support interns or junior contributors in using AI tools responsibly and effectively within editorial standards.
5. Social & Multi-platform Content Development
Support the development of editorial content across social media, newsletters, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to adapt stories into platform-appropriate formats and audience-first content packaging.
6. Content Strategy & Research
Content Planning
Collaborate with the editorial team to develop content strategies aligned with Vietcetera International's mission and audience interests.
Trend Spotting & Research
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging topics, and audience behaviors to generate fresh and globally relevant story ideas.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to translate and adapt content naturally across both languages.
Primary published content language will be English.
Vietnamese proficiency is required for research, sourcing, contextualization, and bilingual editorial collaboration.
Experience in journalism, editorial, media, or content creation is preferred.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO principles, and digital publishing workflows is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
