JOB DESCRIPTION
The Culture Intern
will support the Engagement and Communications within the People department to
promote the culture of DE&I within the organization. This position
offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on
experience in various aspects of internal communications, employee
engagement initiatives, and HR-related projects.
1) Key Responsibility:
- Content Creation and Communication
Assist in the creation and distribution of internal
communications materials, including newsletters, emails, announcements,
presentations, posters, etc. following and ensuring consistency
brand guidelines and business communication standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain and update
internal communication channels, including the company intranet and other
platforms (if any).
Conduct research on best practices in internal
communications and employee engagement, providing recommendations for
improvement.
Collaborate on creating multimedia content (videos, photos,
graphics, presentations) for internal communications & DE&I projects.
- Organizational Engagement Support
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events,
meetings, and workshops.
Support the development and implementation of employee
engagement initiatives, such as events, surveys, and recognition programs.
Provide administrative support to the Communications and
Engagement team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and
organizing files and documents.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the
supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree
program, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or a
related field.
Letter of Recommendation for internship is a must
Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively. Proficient
in written and spoken English.
Familiar with creative content production, including photo
and video editing software, is a plus. Creative thinker with a keen eye for
detail and design.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently,
excellent time management skills, work comfortably with a variety of
stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Available for full-time (Mon-Fri, in-office in Thu Duc City)
internship & Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (1 - 2 days off per
week for school is acceptable)
