JOB DESCRIPTION
Review CCTV to retrieve images and resolve customers' disputes related to:
Non-Conveyable Fees
Non-Stackable Fees
Support Billing and Query Handling activities, including:
Preparing and sending adjustment letters to customers
Reviewing and confirming remittance advice for Operations
Assist with other administrative and financial tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possess a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
