Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and talented EB Intern to join our team. As an EB Intern, you will assist the HR department in supporting employee engagement activities, assisting with learning and development initiatives and other task in talent acquisition function. You will work closely with both the Culture & Engagement unit and Talent Acquisition unit to ensure that not only our employees but also our candidates are engaged, motivated, and have access to the necessary resources to help them succeed.
Responsibilities:
Internal Communication and Employer Branding (40%):
• Assist with creating contents/ materials for various HR initiatives, including internal channel
posts, social media posts, employee newsletters, HR training materials, job posts etc.
Employee engagement (40%):
• Assist with executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, sports
competitions, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
HR Support (20%):
• Support implementation of training and development programs such as sharing sessions,
workshops, internal/external training courses and onboarding training sessions.• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry,
scheduling, and filing.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Working location: 2nd floor, Anna building, QTSC, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, HCMC.
Working day: Mon - Fri.
Department: HR - Culture & Engagement and Talent Acquisition unit.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-tasks.
Ability to create content.
Knowledge of design web applications, such as Canva, is a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Internship duration: 6 months
