Job Purpose
Director Assistant is a person who is responsible for supporting the Director in operation works related to all types of the project out of garment production of the company. Take the lead in Construction including future expansion of the company, Cooling system, Dust extraction system... As the company grows, the Executive Assistant will be in charge of developing the existing of company's facility and all increasing of the facility. Moreover, organize events, team building, and activities for the company; In charge of anything related to company's well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Family & personal
My family needs; visas / bookings / passports
House - primary residence care and development or building
Purchasing personal items and running the bank account that funds it
Lunches for CEO
Work related:
Business trip planning
Client trips planning and looking after them whilst here
Company trips / events be involved in / team building
Food for clients when they visit
Office cafe leader - improve and look after

Fresher level, University graduated major in BA or related to the job
Ability to read and understand English documents fluently
Ability to learn quickly, work well independently
Good presentation ability
Time management - Work smart/ecient/focused
Good Communication

Self-motivated - Independent/willingness to change/desire to achieve
