UpBase MCN specializes in managing, developing, and operating Creators/KOCs/KOLs on the TikTok platform, connecting KOLs/KOCs with Brands through livestream campaigns, short-form videos, and affiliate programs.
As a Creator Management Intern (MCN Intern), you will be directly involved in the operation and development of KOLs/KOCs. Your role includes supporting livestream organization and coordination, monitoring video and content performance, and collaborating on content concepts tailored to each KOL/KOC and campaign objectives.
You will gain hands-on exposure to how an MCN manages KOLs/KOCs at a real operational scale, learn how to analyze data to optimize content performance, work with diverse Creators, and understand how the connection between KOL/KOC - platform - Brand creates sustainable business impact.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will receive hands-on training and support in the following tasks:
Participating in the organization, operation, and strategic planning of livestream sessions for KOLs/KOCs and verified channels (blue tick, gold tick) on platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop; providing studio-based livestream support or remote support for at-home livestreams.
Analyzing video and livestream performance data of KOLs/KOCs to evaluate effectiveness and propose directions for affiliate growth on the platform.
Updating and communicating announcements, policies, and campaign programs from the TikTok Team to participating KOLs/KOCs (when applicable).
Connecting KOLs/KOCs with partner brands collaborating with UpBase MCN.
Collaborating with the team to build, manage, and expand the KOL/KOC network for the MCN.
Handling other professional tasks as assigned by the MCN Manager.
Coordinating with internal departments to support and drive sales performance for brands operated by UpBase.

Final-year students who have completed their university coursework in majors such as E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.
Prior experience working with KOLs/KOCs is an advantage.
Strong passion for self-development and long-term growth in the e-commerce industry.
High learning agility, willingness to take on new challenges, and proactive mindset.
Data-driven and solution-oriented thinking with a positive attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in assigned tasks.
Own a personal laptop.
Prior experience working with KOLs/KOCs is an advantage.

Internship allowance: 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND/month.
Official employee offer: 8,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month (Base salary + KPI based bonuses, including operational bonus, performance bonus, and commission).
