Requirement Gathering: Support the team in eliciting and analyzing business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Documentation: Assist in drafting essential project artifacts, including BRDs, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Help facilitate communication between clients and the internal team to clarify expectations and project scope.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT activities, ensuring that the final product aligns perfectly with the initial requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Developers, QC, and PMs to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision throughout the development lifecycle.
Beyond a BA in Tech: Learn on-the-job the consulting skills in business and digital consulting engagements.

Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Management, or related fields.
Academic Excellence: A solid GPA of 7.5/10 or above.
Language Skills: English proficiency (Level B1 or higher) - essential for working with our global clients.
Technical Foundation: A basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and documentation, active listening, and logical thinking skills.
Attitude: A high level of attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.
