- Review and validate travel and expense claims, receipts for eligibility, accuracy, and compliance with company policies in Japanese/ English/ Thai/ Indonesian/ Korean language.
- Perform/ audit on the company's travel and expense (T&E) systems within SLA (Service Level Agreement), according to legal internal/ external guidelines, and policies.
- Resolve travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain proficient customer service with internal stakeholders.
- In case of changes in process and policy, proceed to validate with Team lead/ SME (Subject Matter Experts) and then update on DtP (Desktop Procedure).
- Respond to SNOW (internal ticketing tool) system at second level.
- Performs daily activities in terms of Employee Dispute management.
- Ensures good collaboration with local unit and internal/external customers.
- Books claims in ERP systems.
- Actively participates to the Continuous Improvement Process.
- Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Last-year students, major in Accounting, Tourism and Hospitality, Business Administration, Foreign Language, or related field is preferred.
- Can work full time 6 months
- Proficiency in English communication (strong verbal and reading skills) and Japanese language (N3 and above).
- Basic know-how on Finance and Accounting.
- Taxation know-how is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented approach and mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
