Job Description:
● Report to Account Manager
● Develop digital marketing strategies and present proposals to clients.
● Coordinate with BD, Media, Strategy, and Creative teams to execute IMC and Performance campaigns.
● Act as the main point of contact, managing client communication and expectations.
● Monitor campaign progress, KPIs, budgets, and ensure quality before launch.
● Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Manage campaign P&L and coordinate with Finance/Accounting when needed.
● Lead and mentor junior team members and support team development.
● Assist Directors/Managers to recruit new members and develop a training plan for junior/middle level account members. Join in annual evaluation and set KPIs for team members.
Job Requirements:
● 02 years for Supervisor position.
● Manage big campaigns in media agency.
● Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.
● Excellent presentation skills
● Strong organizational, negotiating and time-management skills.
● Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated.
● Patient, capable of work under high pressure.
● Flexible, able to balance the expectation between the internal team and the clients.
